  • The 5 Pillars of Health

We rebuild foundations, not just chase symptoms.

When these pillars are strong, minds clear, energy returns, and bodies heal.

My work is to identify where yours are weakest and guide a plan that fits your life.

1. Nourishment

Food is information. The wrong signals inflame; the right ones restore.

What I look for: blood-sugar instability, gut–brain imbalances, hidden sensitivities, toxin load.

How I help: a tailored food framework (not a one-size diet), therapeutic meal structure, and phased changes that your nervous system can tolerate.

2. Rest & Sleep

You heal when you sleep—brain, hormones, and immune repair all depend on it.

What I look for: circadian disruption, glymphatic “brain wash” impairment, mould-related sleep fragmentation, meds that sedate but don’t restore.

How I help: sleep mapping, timing routines, light and environment strategy, and safe supports to restore deep, natural sleep.

Movement & Breath

Movement is medicine; breath is the brake pedal for your stress response.

What I look for: sarcopenia (muscle loss), balance risk, over/under-training, low HRV.

How I help: strength-first plans (age-appropriate), gait & balance focus, breath coaching to raise HRV and calm the system.

4. Nervous System & Emotional Health

Biology follows safety. A regulated nervous system unlocks physical healing.

What I look for: chronic hyperarousal, trauma load, isolation, sleep–stress loops.

How I help: gentle regulation skills, boundary & pacing strategies, supportive routines and community links that make change stick.

5. Detox & Environment

You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick.

What I look for: mould/moisture risk, chemical exposures, impaired liver/lymph/gut clearance.

How I help: stepwise exposure reduction, supportive testing when indicated, and a practical plan to keep all six detox pathways flowing—without extreme “detoxes.”

What Working With Me Includes

  • A thorough intake that maps symptoms to pillars (including mould & metabolic flags)
  • Clear priorities (what to do first, what to stop doing)
  • A phased plan you can actually live with—reviewed and adjusted as your system stabilizes
  • Access to deeper resources once you’re a client (menus, protocols, trackers, scripts)

Don’t try to do this alone.
Your body’s healing doesn’t come from another “list” — it comes from applying the right principles in the right order, for you.

That’s where I come in.
Together, we’ll uncover which pillar is weakest, where your system is stuck, and how to rebuild a foundation for long-term health.
